1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
Before Dispatch
Customers can request cancellation before the order is shipped.
In such cases:
A full refund will be processed to the original payment method
Cancellation request must be submitted immediately after placing the order
Additional non-returnable items:
After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Customers may request replacement only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product unavailable after order confirmation
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process
After approval of the refund request:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
4. Replacement Policy 🔄
If the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Then:
- Replacement will be arranged within 3–7 working days
- Product must be unused and returned in original packaging
- Supporting images/video may be required
If replacement is not available, refund will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Product used after delivery
- Physical damage caused by improper handling
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Return request made after 48 hours of delivery
- Customized or special-order products
6. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping will be handled as follows:
If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged/defective product):
- Return shipping cost will be covered by JB Microscope
If the issue is from customer side (incorrect product ordered):
Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
